The state govt. of Assam has started the Scooty Scheme or Pragyan Bharati Scheme 2020 to provide scooter to meritorious girl students. Only those meritorious girl students who have passed the higher secondary examination for the year 2020 in first division are eligible. The girl students have been given a choice to opt for either petrol scooty or electrical one.

Assam CM Sarbananda Sonowal mentioned that education helps people to add value to their personality. He urged students to develop their innovative skills to be successful in life.
