Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Swavalamban Yojana Startup Loan Scheme 2023 – Application Form & Details

The Swavalamban Yojana, a startup loan initiative implemented by the Arunachal Pradesh state government, aims to offer financial aid through subsidies on startup loans. The scheme's primary goal is to stimulate unemployed youths' access to cost-effective capital, facilitating the establishment of entrepreneurial ventures. Within the Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Swavalamban Yojana, the state government endeavors to assist youths in securing bank loans ranging from Rs. 10 lakh to Rs. 1 Crore to initiate greenfield enterprises. However, it's important to note that loans cannot be obtained from the Arunachal Pradesh Rural Bank (APRB) or Arunachal Pradesh State Co-operative Apex Bank Ltd (Apex) under this scheme.

Notably, in addition to a 30% subsidy, female entrepreneurs may be eligible for an extra 5% annual subsidy, provided their endeavors do not become Non-Performing Assets (NPAs). To access the benefits of this scheme, beneficiaries are required to register with the Stand Up India scheme operated by the central government. As part of the Swavalamban startup loan initiative, candidates are expected to contribute at least 10% of the project cost from their own resources.
