 The Uttar Pradesh government has initiated the registration for the Family ID UP portal in 2024, along with the login process available at familyid.up.gov.in. The introduction of the New Family ID UP scheme aligns with the government's objective of extending employment opportunities to all households in the state.

Under the Family ID scheme, the UP state government aims to assign a distinctive identification to every family within the state, creating a dynamic and comprehensive database of family units. वर्तमान में, राशन कार्ड से आच्छादित सभी लाभार्थी अब "फैमिली आईडी - एक परिवार एक पहचान" पोर्टल पर जाकर अपना फैमिली आईडी प्राप्त कर सकते हैं। ऐसे सभी परिवार जो कि राशन कार्ड के पात्र नहीं हैं, वे "फैमिली आईडी - एक परिवार एक पहचान" पोर्टल पर जाकर अपना पंजीकरण करके फैमिली आईडी प्राप्त कर सकते हैं। परिवार के प्रत्येक सदस्य के लिए आधार आधारित e-KYC को कराना अनिवार्य है।

परिवार रजिस्ट्रेशन के लिए परिवार के सभी सदस्यों का आधार कार्ड होना अनिवार्य है।

परिवार रजिस्ट्रेशन के लिए सभी सदस्यों को मोबाइल OTP के माध्यम से e-KYC कराना अनिवार्य है, इसके लिए सभी सदस्यों का मोबाइल नंबर आधार कार्ड से लिंक होना चाहिए।

ऐसे परिवार जिनके पास राशन कार्ड उपलब्ध है, उनकी फैमिली आईडी समान होगी और उन्हें फैमिली आईडी प्राप्त करने की आवश्यकता नहीं है। वे अपनी रजिस्ट्रेशन के बाद आधार संख्या द्वारा फैमिली आईडी डाउनलोड और प्रिंट कर सकते हैं।

व्यक्ति जो पहले से ही किसी परिवार में शामिल हैं, उन्हें किसी अन्य परिवार में जोड़ा नहीं जा सकता है।

रजिस्ट्रेशन प्रक्रिया में सभी आवश्यक जानकारी को सही और पूर्णत: भरें, ताकि सत्यापन आसानी से किया जा सके।

फैमिली आईडी की अद्यतन स्थिति को एप्लीकेशन नंबर को "ट्रैक एप्लीकेशन स्थिति" में डालकर देखा जा सकता है।

Uttar Pradesh Family ID Registration & Login

Below is the complete process to make UP Family ID portal registration and login:-

STEP 1: Firstly visit the official UP Family ID – Ek Parivar Ek Pahchan website at https://familyid.up.gov.in/portal/index.html

STEP 2: At the homepage, click at “New Family ID Registration” tab or https://familyid.up.gov.in/portal/registration.aspx

STEP 3: Then page for Family ID UP registration through online mode will open.


STEP 4: Enter your name, aadhar registered mobile number and click “Send OTP” button.

STEP 5: You will then receive an OTP on your registered mobile number, enter it on registration page to complete UP Family ID card registration process.

STEP 6: Then you will have to make Family ID UP portal login – https://familyid.up.gov.in/portal/signin.aspx

STEP 7: Accordingly, UP Family ID portal login page will appear on your screen.

STEP 8: Make login using aadhaar registered mobile number and fill remaining application to get Family ID card in Uttar Pradesh.

STEP 1: Firstly visit the official UP Family ID – Ek Parivar Ek Pahchan website at https://familyid.up.gov.in/portal/index.html

STEP 2: At the homepage, click at “Track Application Status” tab or https://familyid.up.gov.in/portal/track.aspx

STEP 3: Then page for checking UP Family ID application status through online mode will open.

STEP 4: Enter your application number and click “अद्यतन स्तिथि दिखाएं” button to track Family ID UP status.
