Online applications are being accepted for the Prime Minister Employment Generation Programme (PMEGP) Scheme at www.kviconline.gov.in by the central government. With a total investment of Rs. 5,500 crore, the PMEGP scheme will thereby generate employment possibilities for 15 lakh people. Individuals and non-individuals interested in applying may do so online at kviconline.gov.in using the PMEGP e-Portal. Even current PMEGP, REGP, and MUDRA units can be upgraded or expanded with the right application. This would be the second credit from the Prime Minister Employment Generation Program. One crore rupees is the maximum sum that a second loan could be used for.
